From the blinking 4-way stoplight, in the center of town, continue east
for approximately 10 miles. On the left, you will see a white
metal building with a blue roof and a sign advertising "East Texas
Auction Services". Just beyond this building, turn left (North) onto FM 1511
toward Hopewell. Proceed
approximately 5.8 miles, going through Hopewell and on past the
intersection of 3178. Just as you crest a blind hill, and enter
some curves you will wish you had slowed down a lot more for, you will cross
a little bridge over North Creek. The entrance gate to the property is
set back in the fence line on the left about
1/8 mile beyond the creek. (There is a
mobile home on the left, with a large metal shop type building behind
it, just beyond the gate.)
What to Expect:
This is privately owned property typically accessible by prior arrangement for events only. There is
an upper pasture with parking for large rigs and the lower pasture, near the house, for more nimble vehicles. There is
an extensive amount of wooded property here with numerous trails used for hare scrambles and enduro events.
